Home Design Process

Carefully Crafted By Us

We value transparency and exceptional communication in the home design process which is why we share with you every step of the way!

Also called the pre-construction process, the home design process includes a series of steps that sometimes are not very obvious to the client that builds a home for the first time.

This process is also the time when you, the client, are involved the most. It is very important to work together with the architect and communicate your preferences and style in as much detail as possible.

At this stage communication between the client and the home builder is critical as it ensures success of the project. If you already have home plans or examples of homes you love, this is the time to share them with our team!
